Over the years I have tried a large number of Auto Repair shops. I always had the feeling that I was paying more than I needed to for work that I may or may not have needed.
After the first visit to 25th Street Automotive, I realized that I had finally found an "Honest" Auto repair shop. Bill Coniam and his employees have consistently gone the 'extra mile' for me while working on my Ford P/U. Recently I took my truck into 25th Street Automotive for a brake repair (I was at the time actually grinding my brakes when I drove the truck). Bill not only completed the repair in a timely manner, he did so at the price he had quoted with a needed oil change thrown in, with no increase in cost. He also did a series of diagnostic tests on the truck to determine the extent of another problem that I had mentioned. Imagine my surprise, when he told me that the tests showed that I did not have the problem I was sure that I did, and that repairs were not necessary.
An Honest Auto mechanic, imagine that.

Bill Coniam and his staff at 25th St. Automotive stand out as Best of Greater Phoenix for 3 key reasons: Trust, Expertise, and Customer Service.
In an industry known for taking advantage of their customers, it is rare to have a service facility you can fully trust to do the right thing. They will not recommend or charge you for unnecessary repairs, and they will charge you fairly for those repairs that are necessary. If something is necessary, but not critical, they will advise you of the cost without pressuring you to get it fixed right away.
Bill and his staff are truly experts in car repair. They are fully certified and up to date in the latest technology. Even more important, they a bunch of guys who truly love cars and love working on cars. They've been doing it longer than they probably care to admit, and they do it well. I've never had to bring one of my vehicles back a second time after they repaired it.
Finally, they go beyond the call of duty in taking care of their customers. If your car is getting older, they'll advise you as to whether it is worth repairing, of if you should start looking for something newer.

The first time I used 25th Street Automotive I was amazed by the level of customer service. I was able to get my truck fixed AND make the appointments I already had scheduled WHILE it was being fixed. Bill made what could have been a very stressful situation seemingly uneventful.
The next time I used 25th Street Automotive I was impressed by the fact that Bill first asked what my intention was to do with my truck - keep it for a while or sell it. He made recommendations based on both outcomes and I was able to choose what worked best for me.
The result in both cases...I more than trusted their word in the matter and now have a truck I feel safe in.

I would recommend 25th street because
#1 - they are HONEST
#2 - they are great mechanics
#3 - they provide great SERVICE
#4 - they are very competitive on PRICE!
I had a chance to compare them with several other mechanics in town and there is simply no comparison!

This is a great little shop! The employees are very professional, friendly, and helpful. They explain things clearly and offer several solutions so that I can choose what I want done and when. They are quick and keep me informed about my car. I recommend them to all of my friends.

This shop gives honest repair advise and is more than helpful accomodating for its customers schedules. They know me by name when I dropby and are definitely, "Biltmore's Trusted Choice!!!"

The team at 25th Street Automotive has been amazing. They have taken excellent care of my cars and me! They take the time to explain the repairs and charges in detail and if I have a question they are happy to answer me with courtesy and sincerity. Their work has always been spot on and affordable. The team has taken care of my SUV and now my new high performance sports car as well as my husband's truck. They can do it all. The mechanics at 25th Street are highly trained, efficient, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone for their knowledge and integrity.

I have been going to Bill's shop ever since he opened and I was so impressed with his honesty, ethics, and outgoing friendly personality, that I have gone back with all my cars ( new and used) and sent family members and friends to him without a second thought as to how well they would be treated. In a sea of tarnished unreputable repair shops he is the undisputed shining light of honesty that you can always trust.
Without a doubt, he is, as his slogan says:

Bill Coniam and his staff at 25th Street Automotive provide excellent service.
Before meeting Bill and his team, I traveled all over the valley looking for a service shop that I could trust. We've all had frustrating repair experiences that leave us feeling skeptical - "did I really need that new part?” "Did they overcharge me for the labor?"
Not at 25th Street Automotive - I receive only top-quality service from the Master Certified staff - and I'm always treated with honesty and respect. I highly recommend Bill Coniam and 25th Automotive to anyone interested in quality auto care performed by a well-trained, honest staff.
